About Felted Wool Fairies

Our story

A note from the workshop

We live and work in Luzit, in Israel’s Ella Valley. Most days the table holds Merino wool, a needle, and a small woodland taking shape. Each fairy is felted by hand, one at a time — simple form, soft wool, a face left blank in the Waldorf way so imagination can finish her.

When she is ready she leaves in a sealed parcel: tissue nest, then fairy and a parchment story. Not a toy for children under 3 — for a shelf, a windowsill, or a gift that asks for a little pause.

We’re gathering a free waitlist now. The waitlist is free; nothing is charged today. If a fairy already feels like yours, save a place — we will write when she is ready to travel.

With care from Luzit,
