Overview

This website and store (“Services”) are operated by Felted Wool Fairies (“we,” “us”). By visiting the site, joining the waitlist, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy policy (https://www.feltedwoolfairies.com/policies/privacy-policy). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

We are powered by Shopify. Some parts of the shopping experience are provided by Shopify and its partners under their terms.

The products

Our Merino wool fairies are hand-felted display keepsakes, not toys for children under 3. Slight variations in size, texture, and appearance are part of handmade work and are not defects.

You do not choose a specific named fairy for a subscription surprise; companions are selected as described on the site (“the woodland chooses you”), unless we offer a single-fairy or named option later.

Waitlist and pricing

Waitlist signup is free and creates no payment obligation. Prices shown as “coming soon” are estimates for planning only and may change before launch. We will not charge you without a clear purchase step and your confirmation.

Orders and payment

When paid checkout is available, submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel orders (for example stock, pricing error, or suspected fraud) and will notify you. Payment is processed securely via Shopify and its payment providers.

Shipping

Shipping regions, timing, and related rules are in our Shipping policy (https://www.feltedwoolfairies.com/policies/shipping-policy). You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and for any import duties or taxes your country may charge.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, stories, and product photography are owned by Felted Wool Fairies or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Services (fraud, scraping that harms the site, abusive content, or attempts to break security). We may suspend access if needed.

Disclaimer

The Services and products are provided as described. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Felted Wool Fairies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim related to a product order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where law forbids such a limit.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live (including EU/UK distance-selling rules where applicable).

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms for future visits and orders.
