Where we ship

Felted Wool Fairies currently ships to:
• All European Union countries
• United Kingdom
• United States
• Israel

If you live elsewhere, tell us your country on the waitlist. We will be honest about whether we can ship and what it may cost before you pay for anything.

Waitlist and pre-orders

We are gathering a founding circle. Joining the waitlist does not create a charged order. Nothing is billed until we email you that fairies are ready and you choose to purchase.

When you place a paid order later, we will confirm shipping options, costs (if any), and an estimated dispatch window in checkout or by email.

Delivery times (after a paid order ships)

Estimates once a parcel has left us (business days, not guaranteed):
• Israel: typically 2–7 days
• EU / UK: typically 5–14 days
• United States: typically 7–21 days

Customs, holidays, and carrier delays can add time. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees charged by your country — those are the buyer’s responsibility unless we say otherwise in writing.

Packaging

Each fairy is packed as a display keepsake (tissue wrap, parchment story, sealed box with twine where applicable). Please open carefully and keep packaging if you need to contact us about damage in transit.

Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels

If tracking shows no movement for an unusual period, or the parcel arrives damaged, email dvirmail@feltedwoolfairies.com with your order number and photos (for damage). We will work with the carrier and offer a fair remedy (reship or refund) case by case.
